How and when do I get my checks?

Rent is collected by the fifth day of each month, and in the event of late payments, we initiate collection practices promptly to minimize delays. We also handle evictions if necessary, efficiently and in accordance with the law. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically sign 12-month leases, but we can adjust the lease length based on your preferences and the market demand. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically, we charge a security deposit equivalent to 75% of the first month's rent, but this can vary based on specific property requirements and owner preferences. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
